Starbucks calories, drink by drink

What each drink actually costs you, how the size and milk change it, and which swaps make a real difference.

Calories at Starbucks are rarely about the coffee. Espresso is around five calories a shot and brewed coffee is effectively zero — what moves the number is the milk, the syrup, the sauce and whatever is sitting on top.

These guides work through that drink by drink. Each one shows the standard build first, then what happens when you change the size, switch the milk or drop a pump, so you can see which single change is worth making rather than guessing.

~90–225 Milk in a Grande latte, almond to whole
20–55 Calories per syrup or sauce pump
~80 Whipped cream, mostly fat
<5 Black coffee, Americano or cold brew
