What to expect

This is a small independent site, not a company with a support desk. Most emails are answered within a few working days. Corrections to nutrition figures are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong number is the one thing that actively misleads readers.

Reporting a wrong figure

If a number here does not match what you see in store or in the official Starbucks app, please tell us. It helps enormously if you can include:

  • The page the figure appears on, or the exact build you entered into the calculator
  • The figure we show and the figure you saw
  • Your country — menus and recipes genuinely differ by region, and this explains a large share of reported mismatches
